We may collect personal information about you when you participate in our research initiatives, inquire about our services, purchase our services or otherwise voluntarily submit information to us. We may collect this information from you directly or from a third party such as a recruiting company, with whom you have previously shared the information under an agreement that permits our collection of the information. The information may be in text, image, audio or video format and may include your name, age, address, telephone number, occupation, ethnicity and opinions. In addition, when you use the Website, we automatically collect information that cannot identify you, including your IP address, Website activity and related metadata.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use your personal information to perform the research initiative in which you have agreed to participate, and for which you have agreed to disclose personal information to us. 5. OUR SECURITY MEASURES

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. For example, we restrict access to our devices and accounts to authorized personnel, physically secure our devices, and destroy personal information when we no longer need it and are no longer required by law to store it. We cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent information loss, security breaches or unauthorized use of personal information. We also cannot guarantee the security of information that we receive via the Internet or store on Internet servers. We may store your information on servers outside of Canada, where it will be subject to the laws of the country in which it is stored.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties or any losses/damages arising therefrom, including with respect to their disclosure and storage of your personal information. 8. COOKIES

The Website uses cookies (small data files) to collect anonymous traffic information about how the Website is used, accessed and navigated. This information cannot be used to identify you on its own. The cookies are stored on your device and in log files for the Website. You may remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but this may impact your ability to take full advantage of the features available on the Website.

9. CHILDREN AND MINORS

We do not knowingly collect personal information about individuals under the age of 16 without the consent of their parent or guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without such consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to promptly delete such information from our records.
